Great location, friendly staff, good value for money.

The food service during breakfast/lunch/dinner ending time is relative. If breakfast is until 10:30 that seemed that you have to be out of the restaurant by that time (they turn out the lights). It's not that food is served until 10:30 and then you continue eating until you're done. Also you have to pay for a lot of services like: Wi-fi per day per nr of devices; pay to use the safe in your bungalow.

Our holiday was amazing! The rooms were good and the food, but my favourite part was the entertainment, the entertainers; emilio, júlian, manuel, Caesar especially! Great with interactions and very kind 🫶🏾♥️

We usually stay in 5-star resorts, but this trip was with a larger family group so we chose this hotel knowing it wouldn’t offer all the premium touches you get at higher-end properties. On arrival, everything felt perfectly fine. The bungalows are spacious, practical, and have everything you need. The grounds are well kept, and while the pool was a little cold in late March, it was still enjoyable. What stood out more as the holiday went on was how the place grows on you. It’s a great base for exploring the area, with local beaches around a 20-minute walk away. The food was consistently good with a decent level of variety, especially considering the price point. Evening entertainment is decent overall, though the adult-focused options could be improved. All in all, this is a solid, good-value hotel. If you’re looking for luxury and finer details, you’ll need to spend more—but if you want a relaxed, affordable base for a family holiday, it does the job well.

Fantastic hotel entertainment staff were really good with kids and adults alike bar staff friendly only down side food nice but not very warm.

Hotel was clean but needs upgrading. Food could be nicer and was .mostly cold. The staff were lovely though and very helpful. Entertainment tried to keep everyone busy and entertained.

Animation team, amazing. Go up and beyond to ensure all guests have a great holiday. Will definately be returning. Faz and his team made our holiday truly enjoyable.
