HL Club Playa Blanca Hotel

Staff are fantastic especially the lads doing the entertainment the manager is such a nice guy they go round the pool all day greeting people making there face familiar brilliant

Rooms were clean and tidy, entertainment team were brilliant only thing that would make it better was more options for food as we are picky eaters

We have had a great time visiting the GP club playa blanca. The entertainment team were so professional, lots of fun, and kept everyone very entertained. Thank you all so much.

Accommodation 2 bed bungalow which smelled of damp. Wardrobes smelt awful. Stayed 4 nights and only once did domestic staff come. They made bed , however room was not cleaned once during our stay. The bathroom never saw a cleaning product and the petals which were lying on the floor when we arrived were still lying there yesterday when we left. We had to ask at reception twice for clean towels. When it rained the roof leaked causing a huge flood on the bed room floor. This is understandable, however on approaching reception to ask for assistance, they could not have been less interested! They gave us towels, however did not ask which room or offer any other assistance. We shared our room with ants, cockroaches , a lizard and many mosquitoes. The bungalows are spacious and do look nice from outside. Food and drink Tasteless , bland and the same every night despite ‘themes’. Was warm enough however. The drinks were good and branded. Pool area The pool area was ok, however sunbeds old and covered in damp. The gym looked good but did not use. There are plenty of restaurants 15 minutes walk away which offer nice reasonably priced food.

An amazing experience overall. I went for a whole week with my family and everything was perfect. Specially animation, and Cesar.

The entertainment staff were brilliant with the kids and all staff were very nice. The rooms were kept spotless cleaned 6 days of the week. The food was good a large variety everyday some days had better food than others.

The beds were terrible and there was a smell of sewerage in the bathroom.

Had a lovely week here despite the weather meant to be bad very clean always something to eat and staff friendly especially avene aka eve in the bar at night so friendly and helpful she is such a credit to the hotel thanks for contributing to our great experience! Ignore negative reviews I was so hesitant at first but honestly it was great!

Activities put on by the Be Creative team were fun and engaging! Hotel staff have been great, rooms cleaned regularly. Thanks guys
