Visited the HL club in Playa Blanca 5th may for a week. The check in process was smooth and efficient and the quarters we stayed in were ok. There were some aspects of the bungalow that showed signs of use but it didnt affect the holiday. Cleaners and maintenance crew were always to be seen and pleasant. The staff in general were ever present but I rarely needed their assistance as the whole experience was smooth. Food at first was a little hit and miss but as the holiday wore on I became more impressed with it. (Tip get there early and focuss on fresh cooking areas and local influenced cuisine). I didnt sample the evening entertainment as we were out a lot but the affect it had on our fellow guests seem to be a positive one. Kids looked like they were having fun and adults looked relaxed. The downsides were the pool being cold including the jacuzzi which I was at least expecting to be warm. The shower was a little tempramental and the bed pillows could be more substantial. Other than that I enjoyed it and played a part in what was a lovely holiday to Lanzarote.

Great location and mini club. The food is good. The pool should be heated, but it's too cold. Housekeeping can do better.

Awesome facilities, food, staff and accommodation - the entertainment shows were mainly focused for kids and seen better in other resorts but was not concerned…..will definitely be coming back!

Location is great for a small walk to the shops and bars. The atmosphere is brilliant and very happy and friendly. Felt very comfortable in the presence of the staff and entertainment staff. The beds are abit hard but slept ok. Rooms were very good value for money and food were nice. The BBQ were a very nice surprise for us. The music were good to have all day and activities for everyone to participate in. Met some friendly people and will go above and beyond for you. Family orientated and the WiFi wasn't too bad. I would stay here again and Rasi the manger of the animation staff were very nice and friendly. Thankyou 😃

We visited eight days on February half term with our two kids 14 and 12. We were in a 2 bed bungalow in the middle of the residential area. The bungalows were peaceful but just a few minutes walk away from the main complex. The food was good and pretty varied. I found the staff to be excellent and friendly. Never too much of a queue at the bar. One half of the main pool was heated, I have stayed at eight hotels around the Canaries and you do feel that with some solar panels all hotel pools could be heated at pretty low cost, Winter Sun is the big attraction after all. Free bus to the beach via Dino Park was useful though I enjoyed the stroll to the beach and back most days. All in all a really good holiday.

Been here before. Lovely hotel. Staff are fabulous. Food is great. Nice accommodation. The WiFi could be better. The entertainment staff are brilliant. Giovanni has been very helpful and helped bring us into there activities with his team. Thank you guys.
