We had a lovely stay in March as a family of 4. 2 bedroom bungalow was spacious and very clean. Some issues with hot water but these were resolved. Free bus to the water park was quick and the kids loved the waterpark. We took the boat from the harbour to fuerteventura for the day which was a great day trip boat took 35 mins each way. Arianna part of the entertainment team was fantastic the girls loved mini disco and kids club with her. Fantastic gym open long hours on weekdays. Food was good but could do with more childrens options (no chicken nuggets) adults enjoyed food and drinks. Would stay again.

So I want to write a really honest review as I always read reviews before I travel , I know you can’t always listen to them all but it’s a good indication. I have never wrote one before and want to be really honest. I’ve stopped in 5 stars down to 2 stars so I know what to expect. The service was great everyone was extremely helpful and booked out taxi’s for us and constantly changed or replaced our keys when needed. (Do not leave your key next to phone it wipes it ) room was spotless , couldn’t fault it was cleaned everyday fresh sheets and towels daily. The food for me was ok I am really fussy with meat and fish and found it ok , my partner isn’t fussy and said he really enjoyed it , the kids found something to eat everyday aswell and they enjoyed breakfast the only thing I would say let it down is that sometimes it’s not warm enough which is a shame because they made so much effort. The salads , breads, cheese boards all gorgoeus. The snack bar is lovely to a lot of effort I think , pizzas hot dogs fresh fruit chips pasta salads etc and the soft drinks are branded Coca Cola and Fanta etc. the entertainment was ok I think they are great big personalities and are brilliant with kids but as for shows it’s abit messy. They kind of just dance and play with the kids for about 3 songs , would be nice to see some magic show or a dance show or something organised not just walking round in half dressed dressing up , but like I said they made a lot of effort with the kids in general , there was a lot of nice thing about this hotel. It looks nice it’s very clean , the pools are nice , there’s a lovely little shop that blow up your own inflatables for you. Overall I would give it another holiday my kids where happy and there’s nothing negative that stands out it’s just a few things they can work on.

Cedar is fantastic!! Amazing entertainment!! Hotel however could be massively improved…. Food is not good…. Rooms extremely basic….. this is a 3 star hotel.

Had an amazing holiday at this hotel with my family cant complain at all. Great atmosphere with the animation team always giving everything 100% and getting everyone involved during the day and night time. They are the best. Would highly recommend.

Beautiful location, delicious food, clean room, animation team excellent, clean and big pool, lots of fun animation team kept everyone entertained. Wonderful holidays. Would highly recommend.
