Personal zum Teil außergewöhnlich freundlich und Meer unglaublich schön.

Anlage und Zimmer völligst heruntergekommen ( Möbel lösen sich auf, Schranktüren defekt, Sonnensegel am Pool zerrissen, wurde entfernt und nicht mehr angebracht, Holzdielen um den Pool völligst verwittert und aufgestellt, Pool Wasser trüb und und abends grünlich, Liegenauflagen verschmutzt und zerrissen, Toiletten im Poolbereich völligst verschmutzt und ungereinigt. Duschen absolut heruntergekommen. Duschkopf in unserem Zimmer grünlich und voller Algen. Fotos unseres Zimmers haben überhaupt nicht der Realität entsprochen. Fortlaufend fehlende Lebensmittel und Getränke obwohl All Inklusive gebucht. Management vorort auf der Insel lächelt jegliche Kritik weg.Strandabschnitte obwohl sie sehr klein sind absolut ungepflegt. Von weißen Traumstränden keine Spur.

We were happily surprised by this resort. We read some bad reviews in the past but we strongly disagree. It's simple yet well maintained, clean and quiet. The staff did a great job despite the fact that some resources are obviously limited on such a small island. We really had an authentic relationship with the staff and shared wonderful moments. Every night they sing traditional songs with sincerity and talent. That was truly moving. We stayed there for 2 nights then moved to Beachcomber Island, and we found Serenity Island is definitely better. Much less crowded, more quiet and much more authentic. Plus the beach goes all around the island, unlike Beachcomber Island. If you have limited time and are looking for an island within easy reach of Nadi, this is the best option.

It’s my second visit here. I love the location the proximity to the mainland and the short boat Trip to get there. The beachfront Bure are excellent and it’s a treat to wake up to that view every morning. The breakfast Buffet was very good and plenty of variety. The trip to the sandbar was excellent and would recommend. The morning activities were brilliant I particularly enjoyed the grass Skirt and basket making Thankyou. The staff are Superb, every single one of them and they are What makes this place So magical. We stayed over Xmas and new years. New Year’s Eve in particular was very special, live music, dancing and the Staff all enjoying themselves. It was a joy to see so much genuine fun enjoyment and be able to participate in such a wonderful celebration . Thankyou

I did think the light bites , whilst very tasty, were a little bit expensive at $40 for what you get.

The staff at Serenity are very attentive and helpful. One staff member in particular made our stay. Simi answered all our questions and treated us with such respect. Seroo, Vara, Marama and Feli are there to make your stay welcoming. The gardens are lovely and the landscaper does a great job. We enjoyed being upgraded to a beach bure, nice to wake up and look straight out to the lovely blue water.

When you book the resort pictures look fresh and new. However, some areas of the resort are showing wear and tear. It really does need some maintenance. Go there with an open mind. Meals, a few items on the menu were not available. There is no actual breakfast menu, this needs to be rectified. Shower in Beach Fare no 10, to get hot water you must turn the tap to COLD as it is back to front, otherwise you have a cold shower, very little water pressure.

El hotel tiene un estilo resort ubicado en una isla privada, lo que lo convierte en un lugar muy tranquilo y agradable para descansar. La isla es perfecta para caminar; se puede recorrer completamente en aproximadamente 29 minutos, lo que hace el paseo muy placentero. La habitación frente al mar fue genial, con vistas espectaculares y un ambiente muy relajante. El personal fue amable y atento en todo momento, lo que suma positivamente a la experiencia. Sin embargo, es importante tener en cuenta que no todas las áreas de la isla son aptas para bañarse, ya que algunas zonas tienen formaciones rocosas o arena con piedrillas. Además, las comidas y los tragos dentro del resort resultan algo costosos y no hay muchas opciones alternativas para comprar, por lo que se recomienda llevar comida, snacks y bebidas desde Nadi para consumir durante la estadía. En general, fue una experiencia muy relajante, aunque sería ideal que mejoraran la limpieza de algunas playas para que el entorno sea aún más agradable.

Wow, what a cool little island. 20min boat from Vuda marina. Staff were amazing, lots of activities going on. Turtles, snorkeling, sunsets, ocean views, sandy beaches, palm trees, drinks/food. Should have stayed longer.

Cost of boat to & from island needs to be factored in.

Het eiland zelf is zo geweldig mooi, de oceaan, de natuur, prachtige strandjes, zo bijzonder om te snorkelen, de huisjes super luxe en het allerleukst waren de mensen die er werkten!
