​Profesjonalny i prosty dojazd – cały proces transportu przez South Sea Cruises przebiega sprawnie. Możliwość zakupu biletu online, wybór miejsca odbioru spod hotelu oraz dobrą organizację w porcie Denarau, gdzie jest czas na zakupy. ​Bardzo miły personel – obsługa jest niezwykle sympatyczna i pomocna już od samej łodzi, kiedy pomagają z bagażami. Wszystko cierpliwie wyjaśniają i dbają o gościnny klimat (miłe powitanie z sokiem i tradycyjne "Bula!"). ​Wygodne i funkcjonalne wyposażenie domku – w pokoju znajduje się wszystko, co niezbędne: duże i wygodne łóżko, lodówka, sprawna suszarka oraz dostęp do ciepłej wody. Dodatkowym plusem jest regularne uzupełnianie przyborów toaletowych. ​Smaczne posiłki na początku pobytu – przez pierwsze dwa dni obiady i kolacje (szczególnie krewetki w cieście oraz ryba z ryżem) stały na wysokim poziomie i po prostu smakowały. ​Lokalna atmosfera i oprawa muzyczna – zaangażowanie załogi w codzienne śpiewanie przy kolacji oraz wzruszające pożegnanie gości na brzegu tworzy niezapomniany klimat. ​Poczucie dzikości i intymności – ogromną zaletą jest brak tłumów. Można spacerować wokół wyspy, mijając zaledwie kilka osób, co daje poczucie obcowania z niemal dziewiczą naturą. ​Darmowy sprzęt do rekreacji – na plus zasługuje możliwość bezpłatnego skorzystania z kajaków, desek SUP oraz sprzętu do snorkelingu, co pozwala aktywnie spędzić czas na wodzie.

​Nieszczelny i głośny domek – brak szyb w oknach i nieszczelne rolety to był duży problem. Podczas deszczu woda wlewała się do środka w kilka minut, a ulewy uderzające o blaszany dach były tak głośne, że codziennie mnie budziły. ​Problematyczne położenie domków – mój domek nie miał leżaków przed wejściem, mimo że sugerowały to zdjęcia. Dodatkowo zejście do wody w mojej części (numery 15-33) było skaliste i trudne, w przeciwieństwie do piaszczystej plaży przy innych domkach. ​Koszmarne śniadania – to był najsłabszy punkt programu. Bufet był fatalnej jakości, z tanim chlebem i małą ilością owoców, a po zjedzeniu kiełbasek musiałem ratować się lekami żołądkowymi. Zmiana na kartę tylko wydłużyła czas oczekiwania. ​Spadek jakości jedzenia i brak produktów – po dwóch dniach kucharze jakby stracili zapał. Dania stały się jałowe, nawet prosty makaron był niesmaczny, a raz w kuchni zabrakło nawet podstawowej fasolki. Czekalismy tylko na moment, w którym wyjedziemy z wyspy zeby zjesc cos dobrego. ​Ogromne ceny na miejscu – stosunek jakości do ceny był dla mnie nie do zaakceptowania. Płacenie 14 FJD za piwo czy 28 FJD za drinka przy tak niskim standardzie usług to gruba przesada. Prosty i maly posiłek kosztował minimum 40FJD, ale no nie bylo to kompletnie warte swojej ceny. ​Zaniedbany obiekt i infrastruktura – basen i bar proszą się o remont. Przez wystające deski i łuszczącą się farbę przy basenie wbiłem sobie drzazgę w stopę, a większość leżaków po prostu się rozpadała. ​Brudna plaża i śmieci – nikt nie sprzątał brudnych naczyń z plaży przez cały mój pobyt. Widziałem też mnóstwo śmieci wokół wyspy, których nikt nie zbierał, co psuło cały efekt „rajskości”. ​Bardzo powolna obsługa – mimo że pracownicy byli mili, tempo ich pracy było frustrujące. Na ręczniki plażowe musiałem czekać godzinę, a na prośbę o parasol w ogóle nie doczekałem się reakcji. ​Słabe zaopatrzenie sklepu – w sklepiku nie było prawie nic poza wodą i czipsami w kosmicznych cenach.

Der Aufenthalt war geprägt von massiven organisatorischen und qualitativen Mängeln. Der Transfer bei der Anreise war nicht organisiert, es gab keine Antworten auf Nachrichten, wir warteten stundenlang am Hafen und erhielten mehrfach falsche Abfahrtszeiten. Dadurch ging fast ein ganzer Tag verloren. Vor Ort war der Service ungenügend: Getränke liefen über, auf der Karte aufgeführte Getränke (inkl. Wasser) waren nicht verfügbar, Essen wurde falsch serviert und es wurde kein Besteck bereitgestellt. Zusätzlich kam es zu Stromausfällen und es gab zeitweise kein Wasser im Zimmer. Aufgrund der Unzumutbarkeit sind wir nach nur einer Nacht abgereist. Auch der Rücktransfer war erneut chaotisch. Eine Rückerstattung wurde trotz mehrfacher Fristen bis heute nicht vorgenommen.

De extra hoge kosten van hun verplichte boot transport. Het personeel is erg ‘lay back’ en hebben er niet veel zin meer in. De faciliteiten hebben een grondige renovatie nodig. Omhoog gekomen planken rondom het zwemband zijn onveilig.

The beach front bures are absolutely beautiful inside, great aircon, tv with all the mod cons. Access straight down to the beach/ocean from the bure is amazing and offers easy access to superb snorkelling, with loads of cool fish to be seen! We were really happy with the room! Fun cultural activities were also offered complimentary daily, such as skirt making, cooking classes, turtle feeding etc. My partner also had a lovely massage at the in house ‘spa’ (little beach hut) which they really enjoyed. The setting of the island is lovely, very idilic and relaxing - it’s super close to the mainland with only a 30min ferry from the port.

Unfortunately a few things really let this property down and what could be an absolutely amazing spot unfortunately falls short. Firstly the food is really subpar and not worth the money you pay. At almost every meal our food was overcooked, lacked any flavour or just weird. We had chicken so dry you couldn’t eat it, funky looking muscles and unwashed salad leafs with garnishes of dirt. (Just to mention a few) The staff were overall very friendly but sometimes not so attentive, we would sit for a meal and it would take ages for someone to give us a menu or even acknowledge our existence, often times we had to go ask for ourselves. Some people would get a welcome/farewell song on the beach as the boat was arriving or leaving and others wouldn’t. We had to ask and remind a few times for our room to be cleaned. Sometimes it felt as though we were bothering them by asking for something.(Totally get and am onboard with Fiji time but this felt a little excessive) The communal areas need attention, the pool was murky, the communal showers and toilets by the pool were yuck and the restaurant/bar area just needs some TLC (paint cracking, lights falling down etc) just a bit of an overall feel of abandonment. It also felt a bit cheeky to be told to only use the water equipment for 2 hours a day as other guests need to use them. 1. the equipment needs upgrading, you would often go through 2-3 masks before getting one that actually worked. 2.buy enough equipment so everyone can use it without stress, people pay enough to be there to not have snorkel masks rationed…same with the SUPs you need more then one!!! Parts of the resort/experience just honestly felt a bit scammy like they were just trying to get as much money out of you as physically possible. (I get it’s a business, but come on guys.)

Absolutely incredible. Island bliss. It is the staff and natural beauty that make this place so special.

Terrible experience – avoid this place! Multiple forms to sign on arrival to say they take no responsibility for theft, offering safes left right and centre because their staff steal of the guests!! Many of the promised amenities were missing. Food and drinks were often unavailable, and when they were, they were overpriced and very low quality — the drinks like dishwater and the food was barely warm and disgusting. We paid for a luxury speedboat transfer but were picked up in a small tin boat instead ( attached photo ) not worth the $699 paid. It felt like a scam. The airport taxi they arranged wasn’t there when we arrived, and they tried to charge us more than we were quoted. Even worse, we saw multiple turtles in terrible condition — it's heartbreaking and shows how poorly they care for the animals. We left early and were promised a refund, but after 27 days of excuses, they’re now refusing to refund us. Do not stay here. It was one of the worst travel experiences we've ever had.

They did not pick us up for travel. Left us in the dark stranded. Dirty communal pool, dirty restaurant toilets. “All-in” is simply not true. Despite what booking website states, including faq answers on booking. Only during dinner time, for 3 of 7 dishes, cocktails are diluted. Trying to rip you off. Keep 6 turtles locked up in concrete basin. No roomkey, all safes were disconnected. Hardly any activities in contrast to other island resorts. No cava, no crab races, no night snorkel. Manager is not visible. More concerned probably about newbuild and timeshares. Staff is friendly, but poorly managed.

The living environment needs to be improved and the eating service needs to be improved. Nothing is good to eat actually.

Todas as instalações do hotel precisam de manutenção. O café da manhã é simples ao extremo. As refeições não tem sabor. O quarto apresentava cortinas rasgadas, bancada do banheiro se desfazendo, entrou água no quarto com chuva.
