アメリカ人の夫とその両親と滞在しました！ ホテルのデザインからスタッフ皆さんのおもてなしが素晴らしく両親はもっと滞在したいと言い出したくらいで、大満足でした。 タクシーを呼んだり、宅配便をお願いしたり、大変助かりました。またいつか利用したいです！

"歴史と格式を感じる佇まいのホテル"

フロントやサービスの方々の対応も良く、トイレとバスが別になっている上どちらも広さがありお部屋自体は十分満足できるものでした。ただエアコンの吹き出し口が直にベッドに向いていたのは私としてはいただけなかったかなと。それを除けば快適な一晩を過ごすことができたので広島をまた訪れる際には利用したいと思います。

エアコンの風が直接ベッドの顔の部分に当たり、調整するのが大変でした。 翌日喉が乾燥してしまったので、あらかじめ当たらないように微調整されているといいと思います。
