立地もよく、部屋も良かったです

ホテルの内装、過ごしやすさはとても良かった。 従業員の対応の仕方や、言葉遣い、勤務態度が少し気になる。 高級感あるホテルだったので、そこが本当に残念。

Very close to the main station and the tram lines. I like the fact that they use actual keys instead of the card to enter your room. Restaurant on the 14th floor. Breakfast was pretty good. Also the decorations inside the hotel had that European feel to it.

Other then parking at an offsite parking garage, the place was very nice! Will go back next time I’m in Hiroshima.

Older hotel that has room refurbished. if the lobby gives an old impression, the refurbished rooms are great ! You are welcomed in the corridor by a smell of fresh paint. The bathroom was very nicely laid out in 3 sepearate spaces : The toilet, the sink and finally the shower with bath tub next to it. Truly great ! Room was spacious too.

The location is good, a few minutes walk from the station. The room was clean and functional but a bit shabby, clearly it has not been refurbished for a while. It was difficult to find enough plug holes to recharge our electronics.

Good location, that’s just about it. Reasonable Wifi speed. Pros: Nice reception area, nice view from restaurant, close to station, close to a convenience store. Cons: Really cramped bathroom, mattress was on the soft side, breakfast was at an acceptable level and the fittings looked very dated (circa 1980?) Provided: Pyjamas, disposable slippers, toothbrush. No hairbrush or razors.

Indeed the most different Japanese Hotel we have stayed so-far in our many trips to Nihon!! The reception and lobby is stunning; real old world charm grand English style, very retro and ‘unbecoming’ of downtown Hiroshima Lodging!. Considering that we are in Nihon; Lobby and entrance decor has teddy bears, rabbits, knights in their armour, complete with an old fashioned chandeliers and a giant teddy bear. So interesting, or rather un-themed! No wonder how it garnered TAs reviewers mentioning….. This hotel is slightly more than 10 minute walk from the JR station. Need to go to a large underpass (with some shopping) and emerge to cross the Ekimae Bridge. The Hotel is then 20m ahead. It’s generally an old building. The recept is friendly, helpful and quite proficient in English. The King size bed still provides for enough space to hold our open luggage.. , somehow helps to feel comfortable right away. We stayed for 2 Nights in our recent Kansai tour and have no adverse comment throughout the stay. Great location to stay for sightseeing - walking distance to the shopping street but Dome will be 30mins away. No comment on breakfast as we eat out. Very lucky to have a Natsu outlet just across the street, good value food of salmon, soba or others for our 2 mornings. For the price we paid there is definitely value. We will return if we chance upon the opportunity! To this charming 3-star hotel

Had a great stay at the hotel. The reception is stunning. Real old grand English style. Breakfast was good. A nice mix of western and local delights. The hotel is old but it's great value for money. Bedroom has its own air conditioner.
