Mitsis Grand Hotel

We had such a fantastic stay at the Mitsis grand hotel. The staff are amazing, nothing is too much trouble for them! This is the best all inclusive I have been to for their food and drink selection!! Location is also perfect, honestly couldn’t fault it. I accidentally left a bag behind at the hotel and they even made sure I got it back and it has now been sent to the UK! Thank you so much

We just came back home from Rhodes Island from an AMAZING EXPERIENCE at Mitsis Grand Hotel Rhodes and still can't take our smiles off after staying for 8 days at this hotel. We were very surprised with the high level of the hotel services and staff and the hotel facilities. What made our stay at this hotel so pleasant and amazing is mostly the first class 5 stars STAFF and the Great Generosity of the hotel in every service, supplies and way. 1. Location - very good, 5-10 minutes walking from center of Rhodes town, shopping areas and restaurants all around the spot. 10-15 minutes walking from the old town, clock tower, Colossus of Rhodes, Marine and port and the central bus station. Beautiful turquoise beach in front of the hotel. and only 5 minutes walking from Elli beach (clear waters and very lively full of restaurants and beach bars). easy spot to getaway to daily travels in the island by rented car or a cheap bus. 2. Cleanliness - the hotel and all its facilities was always high level clean, rooms were very clean too. 3. FOOD and Beverages - First class A la Cart restaurants included in the price - Italian and Asian - can be booked free one time each per stay. And Maxican, Greek, creperie, Italian traditional Pizza, American pita burger Restaurants , classic and all with waiters and full service and high level plates and food unlimited all included and free within the hotel price. Excellent choice of restaurants.staff friendly and helpful.Common areas very good.Just the rooms were a bit tired and in need of undate.Overall a very good Hotel

great hotel for families, close to everything. the food is great...more than enough. my 2 daughters and I were very happy staying there.. The only bad thing I can say is that the rooms are old and it makes the wrong impression of the hotel/ the service is outstanding

For a 5* hotel the accommodation was very disappointing. The Food in the main restaurant was not great, but the other restaurants were amazing. It was a nice break overall, however, would not be keen to return unfortunately.

This hotel is all inclusive with friendly staff, great service and air conditioned rooms with a lot of space and comfort, Food was great, bar staff was friendly!
