Mitsis Grand Hotel

Everything is great apart the bathroom is dated and main dishes on the buffet need to improved.

Had a great time, everyone was really lovely, food and location brilliant.

We have stayed at this hotel a number of times, the place is well maintained and very clean. The staff are very helpful and friendly. Location could not be better, on the sea-front close to busy town and 15 minute walk into the old town of Rhodes itself. I would not hesitate to recommend.

This was our first visit to Rhodes and to The Mitsis Grand Beach Hotel. We thoroughly enjoyed both. All the staff were friendly and efficient but we wish to make special mention of George the Manager of Food & Beverages , who went out of his way to be both informative and welcoming. The Accommodation, Cleanliness , Food & Drinks were all of a very good standard , and we can recommend it for a happy holiday destination.

We stayed for 12 days. Very worthy of its 5* rating. We had an excellent time. Rooms were cleaned twice daily. All 7 restaurants lived up to expectations and the staff were amazingly helpful and approachable. The only one small thing that we could say was a negative was that they close both pools at 6pm eachday which we thought was very early, but besides that we couldn't find a fault at all! Excellent stay and overall experience!

Lovely hotel, staff are very friendly and helpful. If you are interested in dining a la carte you’ll need to book way ahead of time, seating is limited. Buffett style food was good, variety of choices. Beach is across the street, it is rocky (not much sand) and water is crystal clear. Would come back again and would recommend this all inclusive resort. Liked the nightly entertainment.

Rooms are tired and shabby. The showers don’t work and the air conditioning was hopeless. Front desk staff were unhelpful and ineffective. Not 5* quality.

The rooms are in very much in need of an update. The showers over the bath were hopeless and the air-conditioning was ineffective. Much wear and tear could be seen. They front desk staff were not helpful when we experienced difficulties.

Another fantastic holiday at the Mitsis Grand Hotel thanks to all thekind staff and wonderful atmosphere.

Bed covered in ants, told staff no real care to resolve issue. No Sun loungers, unable to book restaurant although they were all empty.
