Tulip Inn Honfleur Residence

The hotel room had a balcony with view of Pont de Normandie. Double glazing shut out traffic noise. The apartment was spacious and allowed for preparation of meals. The steam room was a treat.

It was an apartment but a rather shabby one in need of some updates and TLC. Smelled funny. Front desk was closed so it was a little complicated and required a costly phone call to figure out how to get in.

V poor service at reception on arrival and throughout stay. Basically totally disinterested Very on comfortable bed and proved difficult to remedy this Bad service of rooms Insufficient towels General service of room pretty bad Thank you

Average location within 20 minutes walk to the town centre. The apartment was OK however the housekeeping is kept to the very minimum and the rooms are looking tired. Tiny TV offering limited channels. Front desk staff are totally desinterested in offering any customer service or friendliness!

Nice room... Beautiful town... Felt like there were only 2 staff.... Limited in that sense... Had to wait for staff at reception for 10 minutes as steam room wasn't working... Microwave and extractor in bathroom didn't work either... But it was adequate for what we needed... More than made up for by the beauty of Honfleur

everything suited us perfectly. helpful staff and room tidied daily. Very quiet hotel and only 10 minutes walk to centre. the facilities in the room were excellent and a good standard of equipment in the kitchenette - fridge/cooker/hob/microwave/sink and all utensils. nice little balcony looking out towards the bridge. Pretty busy road but we did not hear the traffic at all at night. Handy for supermarket if you want to self cater - but you are spoilt for restaurants in Honfleur. No reception staff in the evenings but we never had any issues 3 friendly girls asked us each day if we wanted sheets/towels etc changing I really cannot fault it and would certainly go back there again.

It had a spa consisting of a pool, sauna, and steam room that is free to guests. That was quite nice. On the downside, the reception desk closes at 7pm and there is no one at the hotel if you need something or have a problem. You must call a number to a central agency.

Lovely sized apartment for a family of four. Nice little garden patio. Well equipped kitchen.

Great hotel.

Room is small and cramped.
