Amenities were above and beyond expectations. (Gathering hours with cocktails and snacks along with an amazing breakfast bar)

The room was much much better than I expected. For the price I paid it was exceptional. Roomy, clean and all the amenities

Only one tv remote in the room. Sink could flow better and not get backed up.

Location, free breakfast

The hallways on the 3rd floor could have been vacuumed. Lots of debris. There was a surprise deposit and a fee for parking not listed. Also, I asked for a tray to take my mobility challenged husband some breakfast and a staff member was kind of rude when she responded that they don’t give out trays.

I travel a lot for business and have been at many hotels. I have never seen such poor management and customer service from the front desk staff. 1. I was with a group followed the protocol and booked after talking with Kevin through the website. I was charged a higher rate bc all the rooms were booked. I had several in my group that booked after me (even 2 days prior to the event) that got the lower rate. When I asked the manager all he said was “Sorry to hear that”. Did not even try to make any restitution. 2. I was in a Double Queen and was given only 2 bath towels. When I asked the front desk staff, I was told they were out bc there were so many groups (which they obviously knew were coming). 3. The website says free parking but we were charged a fee for parking. I was made aware of this by a printed out flyer in the front desk. No mention of this elsewhere. 4. I left an item behind that was needed. When I called I was told there was nothing they could do that no one turned in anything in to them. When I asked about maintenance or security I was told that no one else would be in. I drove 2 hours to look myself. Again the front staff barely put down the book they were reading and reiterated there was nothing they could do - no one to call, no way to help. Another staff member passed by and saw I was visibly upset and that getting the item was vital due to overhearing the conversation. He then worked to problem solve pulling in other staff members when he didn’t have the resources or knowledge and found my missing item. It wasn’t his job (& I wish I had his name) but he showed extreme care and kindness - which felt like a rarity at this hotel. The manager was made aware of all the circumstances and it felt like all he did was blow me off the entire time on the phone. I would NOT recommend this hotel.
