The staff were so friendly at check in and check out. Very welcoming and helpful.

The prices of items in the lobby , drinks/snacks were way overpriced. Would be nice if items were a little more reasonable.

"One of the great HGI's"

Great HGI. Clean and modern. The best was Felixe, he went above and beyond to make sure my stay was the best. I happen to break my desk chair and despite being busy and alone at the front desk, he brought me one that works. Thank you Felixe for making my stay the best.

"Another great visit"

Always a great experience when staying here. Felix makes it so. This time I screwed up my reservation and actually booked for the wrong hotel. No problem. Felix fixed it in three minutes. Rooms are always clean and the staff is always polite and friendly. Just wish they would reopen the restaurant. Not having food on site is the only downside.
