駅から近い。お部屋も快適。水回りも清潔。 何より、スタッフの皆さま、フロント、レストラン、お掃除の方まで、接客態度が丁寧で気持ちのこもった対応をして頂きました。お客様へのおもてなしの姿勢が徹底しているのは、形だけではない、心の従業員教育が一人ひとりに根付いているからだろうと思います。朝ごはんも素晴らしかったです。チェックイン前に到着し、ウェブ会議の予定がある事を伝えると、早めにお部屋に入れて下さり、とても助かりました。
