前回とても良かったので2回目の滞在です。博多駅やバスターミナルからすぐの場所にありアクセスの良さは完璧です。荷物が増えたらちょっとホテルに置きに行こうかと思えるほどです。部屋もバスルームも清潔で快適に滞在できました。この位のお部屋ですとツインルームでも椅子はあっても1つというホテルが多いと思いますが、こちらの部屋にはスツールが2つあり、とても助かりました。コンセントも枕元をはじめ沢山あり便利でした。フロントでの冷蔵物の預かりがありがたく、お土産を安心して購入できました。

ほぼぼぼ不満はありません！が、チェックイン前の荷物預かりをお願いした際、荷物の管理をする方があまり感じ良くなく、他のスタッフがとてもいい接客だった為、悪目立ちしてしまった気がします。室内の駅側にある窓のガラスが半透明で外の様子が全く見えないのが少しもったいないな〜と感じました。

여관은 목욕탕부터 위치 자연과 어우러짐 모두 좋았습니다. 특히나 가이세키요리가 미셀린 2이상의 감도로 진행해서 가장 만족스러웠던 부분이었습니다 다음에도 아마 다시 휴식을위해 찾을것같습니다

직접 운전을 해서 찾아가는데 진입로 부분이 명확하지않아 혼동이 있었습니다

櫃檯有會說中文的服務人員，很親切要出去用餐時，先跟櫃檯說回來要借熨斗櫃檯人員下班前不但幫我準備，也幫同行不同房的友人準備，真的好細心，服務真的很好👍
