接待人員都非常客氣有禮貌，讓這次旅程感到非常放鬆，早餐是在同棟建築的二樓日式餐廳，早餐是套餐形式，可以選擇日式及美式，我對生海鮮過敏都有幫我記得注意。

駅から近くて移動に便利でした。ベッドが広くて快適でしたがベッド周りの動線が少し狭く感じました。キャリーケースが大きいと広げるスペースがない。

翌日、荷物を預かってもらおうと思ってましたがお金がかかるらしくてやめました。

スタッフの皆さんの対応がとても良かったです。朝ごはんもとても美味しく、福岡の地元料理を食べられて良かったです。何と言っても、博多駅の近くで便利が良かったです。

駅からすぐ近くだしコンビニも近くに何件もある。部屋は清潔でテレビもおおきかった。スタッフの方も丁寧で親切でした。アメニティも充実しており良かったです。通りに面してるけどうるさくは無かった。朝食付きのプランだったけど駅の近くなので飲食店がたくさんあるから無しでも、よかったかも。

冷蔵庫が冷えなかったのが残念でした。
