Royal Inn Beach Hutchinson Island

Only place I book for my husband and i’s weekend getaway trips. Walking distance to the beach, awesome fishing and restaurants. The employees are always friendly and welcoming.

Not worth the money you pay, old furniture, not clean .

The pool was not clean

Never used the pool because it was dirty, even the maid agreed that it was a little green , my wife was very disappointed by this! Also the water pressure in the shower was very little and the sink faucet was loose . One of the beds mattresses seen better days , like sleeping in a hole , mgmt was told and someone did show up to check the water ! I had no problem last year it seems that quality left for vacation and never returned! All the problems was addressed to the staff and I made video of the water pressure which being on the top floor may have caused the issue . The grounds were also going to pot , dirty parking lot . I love the location but I don’t think I’ll make any reservations here again .

Very wonderful place for the money. We travel on a dime so we don’t expect a lot, but I like this place.

Ac took forever to cool the room, dirt/sand on the floor, old poorly maintained building, cloudy pool, the beds were sunk in the middle.

I booked an ocean view room but when I arrived it was a balcony with a barely visible ocean view. Ocean view is only available on the 3rd floor. We were given a room on the 2nd floor. Rooms are small, dated, and not worth the price. Area is convenient and nice. I will come back to this area... Not this "hotel."
