Royal Inn Beach Hutchinson Island

I like the ubication, but i expecting more of the installations, i just stay for a day, and looking for better please, i like even was a old place, was cleaning, but all days was a odor on the room, as seefood, i dont how explain, we need to spray to try to eliminate, i give a 2.5 of five, besides the price was a litlle high, comparate with hotels near

Unfortunately i had the most horrific experience. The staff while being friendly do not consider the guests health. I do understand they accomodate animals and its beachfront so i tried to give it a pass with hurricanes and being an older building. Elevator is holding on by a thread and the rooms are humid with black mold everywhere. I am very upset that anyone would find it acceptable to have not traces but full on visible mold like they are farming it. I would say please revisit your options if considering staying here. Your health is not worth risking for a better price.

The hotel was to be expected, what one may call “beach clean”. Cozy, spacious, nice pool, close beach access, tv in our suite with WiFi. The only downside was some days our room was not cleaned, but we did get fresh towels everyday.

Its a block from the ocean! It's an older building, but the rooms were upgraded and clean.

Walking distance to the beach, quiet area, friendly staff

The manager was great, the pool and rooms all clean, and the rooms fairly updated, but it is an older building on the beach which accounts for a good rating vice great. Also being across the street from the beach was great. The recent beach renourishment did create a bit of a hill to get down to the water.
