In true honesty there were things lacking that made it feel old and worn down. And if these were changed would have made it feel 4 star living. • Chairs outside on the deck were rusting. • master room blinds had lots of mould growing on them. • master bathroom had lots of mould in the grout. • and the the double bed in the other room was very uncomfortable. It is converted but I wouldn’t suggest to do this. They felt old and sagged in the middle. Needing an update. Will say everything else is wonderful. Staff were really friendly n SUPER helpful. And very informative. And the space is very open and big and great for a family of 4 or above. We had the poolside room and it was awesome. Just to be able to pop to the pool with in seconds. If your looking for a relaxed open space in Harvey bay this is for you.

It was a great stay. We’ve got a 2 bedroom apartment pool view. It was spacious, very clean and beautiful. The staff (Linda) is very lovely, helpful and friendly. We will definitely stay there again and will also recommend it to our family and friends.

Apartment well set up and roomy. In general we were very satisfied. Some minor but noticeable wear and tear evident such as black stains on bedroom blinds and fading on furniture cushions. Air conditioning control between rooms did not work.

Clean, spacious rooms. Kitchen facilities were great. Air-con was VERY loud and only blasts the air. Not much sound proofing. Blinds do not blockout the early sun in summer.

The unit was very spacious and comfortable. Relatively quiet and handy to the Boat Harbour if you were looking to do a cruise. Parking would be a bit tight if you had a big 4WD.

Partial ocean view was lovely. Apartment was big but sparsely furnished making it feel very empty. No instructions for cook top meant we couldn't use it. Blinds don't fully cover windows in the main bedroom so the sun shines in early morning

Very easy check in and helpful staff. 2 bed apartment was larger than expected. Very good condition and well designed unit. Easy access with complimentary luggage trollies and elevators. Lovely pool and BBQ area. Only improvement would be to ensure under the lounge was vacuumed and the roller blinds in bedroom were cleaned. But that is being picky. Loved our stay and will be back.

Walking distance to a number of restaurants. Friendly staff, great apartments. A block back from the ocean
