Lovely pool and jacuzzi sauna cold lunge. Comfy beds. Lovely big room travelling with infant. Starbucks on site. Cool hang out area in the lounge.we asked for late check out which was no hassle as our plane wasn't flying untill late.

The staff on reception both day and night were extremely good, professional, helpful and welcoming. In particular Mary. Food was very good and staff were efficient, helpful and friendly. Room was lovely and beds very comfortable.

Had difficulty closing the window and was unable to shut out the (mechanic?) noise outside which was very load from ~1.00am - 1.45am on the first night of our stay. Needing to close the blind couldn't avoid the wind blowing through the open window resulted in the blind knocking against the frame all night. Next day worked out that brite force would close the window so a better 2 d ight's sleep. Change in water pressure in shower resulted in having a shower that ran hot then cold then hot etc

Bed was super-comfortable. Night manager was brilliant.

Went to reception twice and it was unmanned. Breakfast was just edible.

Excellent staff go above and beyond good breakfast lovely comfy beds

Problem with the water in the showers as did several members of our party water either too hot or too cold
