Nice atmosphere and restaurant/bar with nice staff

The shower was a climb up to get into the tub - shower and almost slipped getting in. Then the water leaked out under the shower glass screen door directly in the floor and used 2-3 towels just to soak it up. Also with refurbishment actively being completed it was a hike up and down stairs to get to our wing and room.

Lovely hotel, really beautiful building. The inside is very spacious and clean. The check in staff were helpful particularly due to renovations taking place, they explained the difficult route we had to take to get to the room due to these renovations and even offered to take us so we didn’t get lost.

Good location

Bit of a walk to reception which was a pain when we had to keep going down because we had wrong beds in room then room card didn’t work twice

The hotel was clean could not fault it at all

The team where lovely & helpful, couldn't find reception after finding my room. But 2 lovely cleaners helped us find are way back.

The lifts to the 400 was a bit confusing. But I think that is because for ongoing work being carried out, which I do understand.

The hotel was clean and tidy with all the facilities youd could need.

There wasnt anything negative about our stay
