Noisy A/C Room could do with an update

Great location, close to shops and restaurants, within easy walking distance. Lovely swimming pool.

The location is convenient. The greeneries on the grounds are beautiful. The size of the room is adequate.

I was shocked that there was no shampoo and had to go out and buy it. The change of towels every 8 nights seems extreme. The AC was very loud.

Comfortably furnished with well equipped kitchenette area. Beautiful pool and bbq area in well maintained, lush grounds. Great location for town centre and boat trips. Informative and friendly owners.

The smallest shower enclosure we've ever seen....and in a bathroom capable of having a normal or even large sized one

In principle the studio looked like the photos. However in reality, to us it was rather bare, “tired” & dated with some fixtures and fittings way past their best; see photos. Unfortunately this was rather off-putting. There weren’t any toiletries. Having been travelling down here for the past six weeks, this has been the only property (of any kind) where toiletries haven’t been supplied. I feel that the two very small thin squares of guest soap provided, can’t count. There is a pool but pool towels are not supplied, they need to be hired from reception. Indeed if any extra towels or linen is needed for the room, it has to be paid for. The property is in a great location, the pool area is attractive and though not palatial, the studio we had was spacious and airy. But it needed some serious updating. Other guests have had wonderful stays. Maybe there were other studios/apartments on the property that were a better standard. Maybe we’re picky.
