My adult daughter and I stayed here for a mother/ daughter weekend away. Registering at the desk upon arrival was nice and no issues. Once we arrived in the suite we had reserved, it was filthy. Dirty sock under a night stand, broken glass next to the bed on the floor, food crumbs and partials all over kitchenette floor and countertops, fishing sinkers on bedroom and tv area floor. I called the front desk and the female clerk said”just a minute”, she didn’t cover the phone receiver or put me on hold. She was talking to someone right by her, I’m assuming a housekeeper on staff. I heard her say “ well, what should I tell her? “ With a bit more chatter she came back online and said “A housekeeper will come up and vacuum”. The housekeeper did come vacuum half heartedly. While she was there I asked if we could have a trash can and some dish rags or cloths since none were left for the stay. She said yes and got the trash can. When she returned with the trash can, I showed her the disgusting mess on the floor and countertops and she said “oh, sorry, this isn’t my floor, I clean the 3rd floor”. That was it. She was done. I couldn’t handle the disgusting mess so I went to the desk and spoke to the female clerk. All she said was “sorry, we have no other rooms available”. I asked for rags and paper towels to clean it myself. The next morning, went for breakfast which was included, and it was as sad as our suite was. I asked if more food would be put out as there was still an hour left and she said they had run out. The filth, poor breakfast and lackluster air conditioning in addition to the female clerk that weekend, will make me NEVER. Stay at another one of these hotels. I had booked through Priceline and they wouldn’t do anything to help the situation either. That will be my last Priceline business transaction too. We would have left if we could have found another hotel with a vacancy. Upon checkout, I told the desk clerk (different than weekend clerk)I wanted the manager to know about our experience. She apologized and said she heard a lot of complaints about the weekend, and she would let management know and hopefully he would make it right. Stay away from this hotel chain unless you don’t care about good service, clean rooms, and promised goods you paid for.

Reservation was for a handicap accessible suite but there was no such room at this location. Hotel.com needs to update their booking information:(

Breakfast our first morning was very disappointing. It was very small cheese omelets that were obviously frozen and warmed up along with some potatoes and sausage links that were over cooked. Fresh fruit consisted of 1 apple and 2 oranges. (They were not keeping the breakfast area filled) their were 2 chocolate miks left that werent very cold, no pastries and a few pieces of bread im assuming to make toast. Highlight was the coffee, great strong coffee, it was wonderful! We didn't even try the free breakfast the remainder of our visit, we opted to go out for breakfast. The room was clean but the bed was very uncomfortable and the hideaway bed even more uncomfortable, the mattresses needed changed out badly. Everything in the room worked great and the shower had decent pressure! The lady that checked us in was very friendly. The big downer was that the pool was closed that day because they had to shock it, the water was green. It was open the next day with sparkling blue water. The grounds were beautiful, very peaceful and well kept, this was my favorite part of our stay! If they changed up their breakfast and changed out the mattresses we would stay again.

Well I had two rooms checked in and one room smelled like dog, so they switched rooms! The other room light in bedroom wouldn’t go off the refrigerator never got cold so I had food spoil! I asked to have it looked at no one never came!!!!

Great for longer stays. Suite had plenty of room for 5.
