Location

For a non smoking facility, there was a lot of smoking in some rooms of both cigarettes and marijuana. You could walk out in the hall and get high

"Never staying at at Holiday Inn Express again."

The room was larger than normal.

The beds are hard. The pool and the hot tub were both broken.

"Will never stay in IHG or related again."

Nothing

Checked in, went to the room, smelled musty and was hot. The a/c was blowing hot air. It had MOLD all in the A/c unit. With no a/c in room, the lady gave us some fans and said she would call someone … family got too hot, and we told her it’s not going to work. She then said we can move to the other hotel of theirs ,the candlewood by IHG. It had no pool no breakfast.Two reason we even booked the holiday inn. She took off a whole $20 wow. Bad experience. Will never return.
