Sehr gutes Frühstücksbuffet. Die Zimmer sind schön. Die Architektur ist ungewöhnlich.

Technische Probleme: man musste 2 mal täglich die Schlüsselkarten neu programmieren lassen, der Safe funktionierte nicht. Zimmerservice war mangelhaft: einmal wurde kein Wasser dort gelassen, das andere Mal klappte es zwar mit dem Wasser, aber da wurde am Sonntag das Bett gar nicht gemacht.

There is no security in this hotel. My money was stolen from the safety box and the staff was treated unreliable, they are terrible

Wer in Balgat zu tun hat ist die Lage gut

Die Arroganz des Sales Management insgesamt das ganze Management ist schlecht. Das Inventar ist veraltet. Irgendwas ist immer defekt. Omelett wird am Frühstücksbuffet vorbereitet und die ganze Kleidung richt danach sodass man sich wieder umziehen musst.
