My fiancé and I were seeking a serene, accessible escape before the arrival of our baby. Mendocino's promise of fresh air, stunning scenery, and tranquility made it the ideal choice. Brewery Gulch Inn was an absolute gem. The moment we arrived, we were captivated by the inn's charm and ocean views. Our room, the Raven, was a cozy sanctuary perfect for relaxation. The staff was incredibly welcoming, and the nightly appetizers were a delightful surprise. A highlight was our day hike in Mendocino Headlands State Park followed by indulgent massages. The prenatal massage was a blissful experience, thanks to Rebekkah and the amazing Neemah skincare products. The Babymoon Package was perfect. From the massages to the thoughtful amenities, it catered to our needs as expecting parents. We felt truly cared for. We can’t wait to return with our little one to create new memories at this special place. Difficult to find at night, and maybe even in the daytime. Need a small, tasteful sign on the roadway.

The staff were all so kind and helpful, the location is excellent, everything we needed was provided. Amazing massage!

After reading the great reviews, I’m so glad we stayed at BGI for a long weekend to attend a wedding. A quiet retreat located in a stunning location, our room was very comfortable with exquisite features. The view was great with a walkout patio overlooking the rugged coastline and visits from a small fox and hummingbirds. The Japanese soaking tub was a treat along with the quality bathroom amenities. The little fireplace was welcomed since the weather can get chilly. Having breakfast was a nice way to welcome in the day and loved the daily pastries and fresh fruits for the guests to enjoy with coffee and tea during the day. We unfortunately didn’t have the Wine entree because of meeting friends for dinner in town nightly. The menu did look inviting though. The staff was friendly, helpful in all ways to make our stay comfortable and welcoming. BGI is definitely a place I would recommend to friends and family because of the up-scale and exquisite quality amongst the beauty of Mother Nature.

As soon as we walked into Brewery Gulch, we felt right at home. The people who work there are genuinely friendly and helpful and happy to see you. The amenities are so thoughtful, from the bento box happy hour to the free drinks and snacks, they've thought of everything. It's a comfortable experience without being bougie which is exactly what we were looking for. The hotel is bigger than a typical B&B, so you don't feel like the rooms are on top of each other. But it's small enough to feel cozy, so it's the best of both worlds. My husband and I are both vegan, and they accommodated us so well with our own vegan bento box and a couple of different options for breakfast that are already on the menu. It's a relaxing and chill atmosphere but also warm and inviting. We would definitely go back again in the future!

Staff was exceptional, wine hour with light bites was intentional and thoughtful, and the views were stunning.

Romantic, private location, great selection of wine & beer. Dinner & full breakfast. (Gluten-free)Huge fireplace. I felt so comfortable. We stayed in the Lookout room and I would highly recommend. Full view of the pacific . Once I put the bathrobe on and that was it for my stay and walk all around feeling very relaxed. Great staff Sara was amazing and special thanks to the beautiful women who got us back into our room because I forgot my key. lol that’s how relaxed I got.❤️😁🙏

The property, location, staff, view, the mini fridge and beverages,fruit always available. We were only able to enjoy the evening box and wine time the first night as we had wedding events the other two but a staff member made sure we had dessert every evening waiting for us in our box. We loved the breakfast and the fresh coffee so much we bought a bag of beans to bring home. Loved coming down to a fresh built fire in the chill of the morning. Also loved the little touches in our room like the Himalayan salt tea lights.

The carpet was tired upstairs I thought. Perhaps but a small ice machine upstairs so you didn’t have to go downstairs. I also didn’t like I had to leave😢

Wonderful experience when visiting the Mendocino area. The views were lovely. Very quiet and comfortable. We loved the service which included a wine hour and small dinner and a breakfast, all of which was delicious! Also experienced their spa service which was very relaxing.
