Brewery Gulch Inn & Spa

An incredible experience! Nestled in the woods with a fireplace at the core! Interesting food service: in bento boxes! So relaxing! I didn’t want to leave!

I made a reservation to stay at Brewery Gulch in part for the opportunity have a meal from the chef at the inn that we really like and know from another inn. After we made the reservation we found out that the only chance to eat a meal from the chef was the "bento box" appetizer style snack offered. This felt like a bait and switch, the website did not communicate this and previously the full dining opportunity was available. I cancelled within 48 hours because of the lack of transparency from Brewery Gulch. They still charged me a $50 cancellation fee, even after I explained the situation. This hotel is on the "wrong side"of the highway. The dining experience is not commensurate with the price. The are other hotels nearby with much better dining experiences on the water.

Breakfast was excellent and so was the evening appetizer and drinks. The room was also very comfortable and clean.

Would prefer a room with a nicer bathtub; would also prefer one of the rooms with balcony. All in all was very nice.

We were on a “work away from home “ trip; although this meant we couldn’t make sure of all the amazing things nearby— the location , grounds, amenities made the trip AMAZING and rejuvenating despite working. The views from the outdoor seating/deck area were stunning and because of the inn size, it felt relaxing and intimate. And the food was fantastic… this was the most unexpected amazing part-l! Delicious, filling- we ended up not needing to eat our most nights. We will definitely be back!

The place was great. Had a feeling like home away from home. Setting was beautiful, the room was cozy and well appointed. The view overlooking the coast has incredible sunset views. The food was wonderful and the bento box is a great idea and lets you decide where you want to eat. Would stay again!

Probably the best hotel experience we have ever had. The staff were exceptional. The chef was amazing - breakfast and dinner was perfect. We met and had great conversations wish other guests. A great place to relax and recharge the batteries. We felt at home.

The staff is warm & friendly. The food is excellent. The rooms are well appointed and cozy. The location is convenient to a number of North Coast wineries. Always sorry when we have to leave. We come back every year because this is such a great place to stay.

Beautiful views of the sea from our room. Lovely outdoor garden with many bird visitors. Beautiful decor and fantastic food.
