Great location for the NEC

Paying for the parking

Nothing stood out.

The place is being refitted, while still remains open. It’s appalling that I paid £170 for one night & was confronted with builders at work, dust sheeting, tools & building materials in the public areas. It strikes me that they should either close until the work has been done or heavily discount their rooms. Staff at the hotel were not very professional, at all. I noticed fraternising between staff, at 09.30 whilst the self-service breakfast on offer was nearly exhausted & in a mess. All-in-all, a very “budget” experience at full price.

Stayed again on our return journey. All went well. Friendly, helpful staff on reception and bar and catering. Clean, comfortable and spacious, well appointed rooms. The bar staff member was especially helpful with a friendly smile. Did toast for our grandson in the evening as all he wanted was toast and ice cream :-) The breakfast is great value and of good quality. All in all the presentation of the hotel and it's staff members are a credit to the group.

All was of a very good standard. Nothing to dislike

Convenient location for airport and train station. Very comfortable. Some work going on but didnt really affect us. Very good breakfast.

Hopeless signage and instructions to get to the train station and airport on foot. Instruction sheet at reception would be a bonus.

Bed wasn’t as comfortable as it looked, a little bit hard for my liking, but that’s just a personal preference

staff were helpful during an initial booking confusion and sorted the issue promptly and happily

renovation works clearly not finished but did not interrupt our stay
