Great room, nice and clean as always. The hotel is a perfect location for concerts at bp pulse arena.

It can be quite noisy in the corridors through the night when people are leaving.

The room was an adequate size, stylish, spotlessly clean, well equipped, up to date. 2 large windows which opened enough to get enough air in. We were on the quieter side or the hotel, so quiet. The other side may have some noise from the dual carriageway when windows open. Very good air con/heating system to get room to desired temp. Great curtains to black out. Staff friendly and helpful. Extremely happy with the hotel and room. The hotel is being improved but it did not affect us. A 10 min walk to the airport. We would use the hotel again for the airport.

Hôtel en rénovation mais très accueillant rien à redire. Tout était propre et le repas très bon. Le nouveau style sera très beau d'après ce qu'on a vu. Situation parfaite pour prendre l'avion à la première heure.

Rien de spécial à redire.

Refurbishment work not advised that it's like a building site in bar and restaurant areas. Details only added to website yesterday. Not sure environmental health would be very happy with this in areas that sell food and drink. Breakfast today was not great, items not replenished quickly leading to waiting around. Most staff were pleasant. Overall very disappointed

This is NOT an airport hotel! It is a 10 minute walk from the airport, crossing a carpark, an airport access road and a busy dual carriageway. It is not even visible from the airport. Once inside, having picked my way past piles of building materials, I found my room to be a sparsely furnished, cramped space without even anywhere to open up my suitcase.

I should have booked the Ibis Budget instead ... better located and a more appropriate price for the standard of hotel.

In the middle of a total refurbishment so bar and restaurant was surrounded by scaffolding decorating materials. Air conditioning wasn’t working so it was set at around 26c and was uncomfortable to sleep in. As it was adjacent to the motorway couldn’t open the windows so had a very poor sleep
