Its in short dostance from airport and very close to NEC

To be fair everything was good. And Im happy to come again and enjoy your new look hotel.

Perfect place for an overnight before or after a flight. A short walk from the train station. They were renovating at the time but we have not been affected by it in any way.

Very warm welcome upon arrival. Lots of explanation about the ongoing works and change of brand. Good location for the airport and the NEC. Clean room and good bathroom.

Personally, I found the matress too hard, and the pillows were too marshmallowy. A lot of noise from some loud people coming and going down the corridor meant a lack of sleep.

A few days before check-in, I received a message that some refurbishing was going on, In reality, this meant that the lobby, the hall, and the breakfast room were a construction site. I do not understand how it is possible to have your guests have breakfast next to carpenters, electricians, plumbers, and painters. Normally (and also legally, due safety and health reasons), you close off this area to the public. It shows a total lack of respect for the guests!

Everything. New and a 10 minute walk to the NEC and to the airport.

The room was very comfortable.

They were undergoing renovations on the ground level but that didn't really impact my stay. Clearer directions from the train station would have been good as it is walkable.
