Clearwater Suite Hotel

Excellent stay, but no instruction on using jacuzzi tub in ourbroom and Hot tub advertised was not in service.

Hot tub still not in service and there was no computer available in lobby as promised. However, I was able to email document needed and the staff was able to print it so no problem. I’ve stayed here before and will stay here again.

Clean, quiet and perfect central location to many amenities!

Room was nice. Pillows terrible. Check in was time consuming as they seemed to not have info. Door card had to be recoded everyday. Also annoying. Decent value for Fort Mack. Location is great.

Dirty and lazy staff.

I've stayed in dozens of hotels over the years with my career and can say that this place has the worst cleaning standards of them all. I stayed for eight weeks and never once did they clean the shower. I had to ask for my sheets to be changed. Had to ask for my floor to be vaccuumed and it was only done when i asked. I had to ask for the floor to be mopped. Even the carpet at reception looks as though it hasnt been vaccuumed in months. This is supposed to be a higher end hotel and believe the only reason people stay is because every room is a kitchinette with a washer and dryer. Won't ever be staying here again. Used to be a great place to stay. It shows that management has changed and are beyond Lazy.

was good breakfast and clean room. the staff friendly. but ice machines out of order, the hot tub out of order as well. went to this hotel for the hot tub. went in and checked it . it was running fine and hot.. didnt seem anything wrong with it.

We booked there to have a hot tub. And when we got there, we found out the hot tub doesn’t work. The hot tub hasn’t worked for months. And they don’t state that on their website. The air conditioner in our room was very very loud. And the breakfast was not very good. There was also bugs in our room. We did check out early.

Nice suite. Great having a balcony. Big tub.
