They let me check in early, which is very convenient for me. The room was at 22 when i checked in, I put it on cool and set it to 20 but there was very little cool air coming out of the vent. By the next morning the room was at 26.6 and i had a terrible nights sleep, waking up sweating repeatedly

Hot tub was not operational. Jacuzzi tub in our room was also not operational. Room and property seemed cleaned well, although definitely on the older side of things with the condition of everything.

It was a shame that their hot tub wasn’t working. I wish the app could reflect that. The breakfast was moderate but the room was amazing and spacious. The gym was moderate but the overall customer service was more than satisfactory
