"Balcony a bust"

Hot tub is out of service same as last time i stayed there last year, not sure if closed again or closed still. Room had jacuzzi tub but didnt work. I mostly booked there for the balcony but they have a twine mesh over all the balconies i could see. So i couldn't lean on the railing and it felt very confining. Everything else was fine, clean common areas, clean room, Super nice and accommodating Everything else was 100%

I must say and you can quote me anywhere....No hotel smells so fresh and nice round the clock!!Its exceptionally clean and the staff are courteous and respond to your issues!!Ella is to be recognized for her diplomacy and nice and friendly manner of attending to customers and following up.I has an issue with the hot tub not being available and they recommended a substitute....I would definately want to go back again and again!Keep it up...though not too many options for the breakFast but it was still better than nothing....

The entire hotel is set way too hot and every person there complained. The ac in room did not work. I was charged more at the hotel more than it said it would be when I booked. Had dirty towels with hair put as clean as we’ll as dirty dish cloths.
