Amazing Staff

Boring. Elder crowd or family resort. The food is awful. Only certain people can get certain things. Definitely wouldn't go back. Call the front desk they never answer and when they did they just transferred you and than no one would answer.

Hi,everything was great except the clerk who charged me an extra fee when I checked in 8 hrs later upon arrival. The room wasn’t ready. They were supposed to call me when it was ready, and I never heard back from them.

Had to switch rooms in the middle of the night because the ac was broken. The second room wasn’t any better but didn’t feel like going through the hassle of moving again. A la cart restaurants were pretty good but the buffet options were ok. Some construction going on and the gym and a few other spots seems to have been moved with any clear signage. The pools were really nice along with friendly staff. The drinks were not very good which resulted in me going out to buy my own alcohol for my stay. Overall it wasn’t horrible for a weekend stay but I wouldn’t go back unless it was an amazing deal.

I like the stuff pool was very clean and servise Fabolous I’m planning to come again and this place I love it

I loved the swim up room, i basically had my own private pool. The staff were friendly and attentive, nice wild life and delicious food ans drinks, highly recommend this hotel. Ill be back!

We were not told of the seaweed issue, the Ocean was inundated with it. there was zero access to the ocean water. The pools were run down. The amenities were very dated.
