Grand Riviera Princess - All Inclusive

Everything was good besides the food kinda sucked and to many people smoking on their balcony’s and in the pool. Other than that it was a good trip.

I loved the foot massage and the food

We booked this hotel from September 8th to 13th. But when we arrived, we were treated well. The bad thing was that half the hotel was closed for renovations! We paid for this hotel to have all the amenities, and I don't think it's fair that we weren't warned that many things would be closed. There was a lot of noise from the construction, and it felt unprivileged to walk past the people working. It made it look unsightly because it's divided by a green fence.

The place was very clean just need to be update and TVs also need to be update!! They also need to put people room numbers on the bracelet if the are going to let people get so drunk that they dont know there room number, we had a men trying to break in our room at 1:30 am beating on the door and kicking it for 30 minutes and i had to call security and nobody even apologized i didn't get any sleep cause i was so scared.

The Mexican people are amazing and the staff was so over-the-top friendly

Excellent staff, and services. Love to plan another vacation in this resort.

There is a lot of renovation work being done.
