Please clean the beach from sea weed

Property was in poor condition and dirty in general. Additionally, the property was undergoing renovations and areas were not accessible. We have vacationed in the area for many years and of all the places we have stayed, this one was the most disappointing.

It was AMAZINGGGGG . Definitely coming back ! The pictures dont do it enough justice. This place is beautiful!

The beach was relaxing and the beach bar provided good food and drinks.Their service was good.All the staff was friendly and made sure we were taken care of.I can say the same for the pool and swim up bar.I did not like the constant asking if we wanted to see a presentation to buy future vacations with the resort.They were relentless and had a hard time taking no for a answer.All in all the resort was a good time.We enjoyed the shows and night club.The food in the different restaurants was very good with a good selection.

The property was some what nice they had a lot of construction going on that we were uniformed of so only got to experience a little more then half the resort wouldn’t have booked it if I was informed and would have choose a different place the beach was always dirty my daughter had to switch rooms because her first room had a lot of mold in it advertises all inclusive which mostly it is but there is a bunch of nickel and dime things for instance if you want any top shelf liquor or different beer you have to buy their platinum band which is $15 dollars a day and you just can’t buy it for yourself you have to buy one for anyone in your room 18 years of age or older it also cost you a $150 to take a taxi down to playa del carmen and when you leave town back to resort the same taxi is only $30 the food wasn’t all that great it was mediocre at best I wouldn’t recommend this place to anybody and will definitely never go back

A la carte meals were great. Safe stopped working and had to be reprogrammed. When changing currency they never had anything smaller then 100 pesos. We were not told resort was under construction until we arrived. Very pushy with the timeshares. Pool bar staff are awesome. We had no power for almost two hours on our last night.

Definitely not coming back to this resort again. Same food everyday. To strict with there rules

We had mold all over our room. It stunk. The curtains were all moldy and there was mold on the shower head. It just felt dirty all around. The food was not good either.

Grand Riviera Princess Playa Del Carmen i booked from Expedia.com i paid for everything then i arrived at resort they charged me again for my three-year old baby . Front desk lady said if you don't pay now we can't give you the room key. But I already paid by Expedia.com. they charged me $150 again i paid i asked why you charged me she said that's expedia problem she said at front desk three-year old baby is big kid that by you have to pay she scammed me for $150 Expedia call resort and resort customer service they don't listen
