This resort was absolutely beautiful. So lush! The staff were friendly and helpful. The resort is huge so my only con was getting lost. All the buildings look identical with no numbers to guide you. The shuttle service was fantastic, but sometimes you just want yo walk to enjoy the property..,but kept getting lost. Huge pro, THE FOOD! Omg! The buffet was amazing! I will definitely be back!

It was our 25th wedding Anniversary. We loved our swim-out room. The staff and our concierge, Leonardo were fantastic. Our only issue was that we stayed during the rainy season in September, which is no fault of the resort. It literally rained for our entire 5 night stay.

Everything was excellent.

First time in Mexico and it was truly an unforgettable experience! The resort was amazing in every way—from its beauty, variety of pools, and short walk to the beach, to the entertainment and endless food options. The entire hotel was very clean, and it’s clear that guest safety is a top priority here. The staff worked so hard, always with a smile, despite the long hours and the challenges of dealing with difficult tourists. Our room was spotless (even under the bed—impressive! lol). Every staff member we encountered was so friendly and welcoming. I honestly have nothing but good things to say about this resort, and we definitely will be back! We also had a massage, and it probably was the best massage I ever had. The outside air and atmosphere definitely added to an amazing experience.

The food was great, friendly staff, even though part of the property is under restoration, you still have plenty of pools and other areas. The room was spacious and clean.

Great resort for families!

We are VIP Expedia members, and unfortunately, this hotel did not meet our expectations. While we understand that a room upgrade was unavailable, the bigger issue was with the “free spa” that was advertised at booking. There were no conditions stated, but when we requested the spa service, they told us we had to attend a timeshare presentation first. After reporting this, the only thing they offered was two basic foot spas with no real compensation. Another major concern: there is no doctor on site. If you get sick, they send you to a hospital, which costs about $200 USD plus an additional 1,000 MXN for a cab. The food was another huge disappointment — the same meals were served every single day with very limited restaurant choices. The pools were plain and boring, and many guests brought their own speakers for music. The beach was no better — quiet and dull, with no music or vibe. The bars also only serve drinks and do not offer any food. Overall, this hotel is misleading in its advertising and lacks the basic amenities and services you would expect. Definitely not recommended.
