Great location, well appointed, spacious room, very helpful staff, extensive and delicious breakfast. Sarah, the Guest Relations Manager, was outstanding and made our stay memorable. She got us impossible dinner reservations, booked us amazing tours and made excellent recommendations for sites to visit.

"WONDERFUL property, rooms. location & amazing staff"

Great location - Close to town but not noisy. Rooms were inviting and very clean Beds were comfortable and cozy The staff were exceptional - Helpful, Friendly & Professional. We give extra praise and appreciation to the doorman - (cant remember his name right now) who was always so pleasant and always with a smile, as well as Clarissa & Giovanni at the front desk - so kind and helpful All the facilities were clean & inviting- well done! Would definitely stay here again.

"Fantastic hotel in Taormina with great staff!"

The staff at this hotel are exceptional! Monica who works at the restaurant & pool bar was so friendly & provided excellent service! Lorenzo & Giovanni were so helpful at front desk & made our stay in Taormina so easy. As well as Emmanuela from Guest Services who booked a lot of places for us. My girlfriend left her ring in the room & Lorenzo was kind enough to let me know when we had already reached Catania. He provided details of how we can get it back. Exceptional customer service! Excellent hotel to stay in Taormina with the best staff!
