NH Collection Taormina

We enjoyed our stay at the NH Collection Hotel in Taormina. The staff are friendly, knowledgeable, and speak some English. The location is just above the main pedestrian street. The rooms are generously sized and well appointed. I think this hotel is a great value considering all the amenities and location.

The staff was professional, gracious and very helpful. I would especially like say that Gabriele helped me with a problem. He was very patient in resolving the issue and was extremely professional in his solution

Fantastic hotel in Taormina, great location close to all the sites and some great restaurants. A special thanks to Monica our waitress at breakfast and at the pool bar, what a superstar, perfect service, always smiling and very efficient. She made our experience first class. Also a very special thanks to Angelo for being so helpful with all his wonderful suggestions of places to visit and great restaurant recommendations. He is an absolute asset to the hotel as nothing was too much trouble even helping us when we had to move rooms making sure we had everything we required. Thank you both

We had such a lovely stay at this hotel. The breakfast was delightful, the room was very clean, the staff were amazing. Location wise - literally a few moments from the centre of Taormina!

La primera habitacion que nos dieron era tan pequeña que no entraban abiertas las maletas. La segunda habitacion al lavabo se le salia el agua por dejo, por el sumidero. No pudieron arreglarlo porque eran las 4 de la tarde y ya no estaba el de mantenimiento. Y el inodoro estaba tan cerca de la ducha que al sentarte tenias que abrir las puertas de la ducha y meter dentro las piernas. En una habitacion de 846€ la noche
