NH Collection Taormina

Dangerous bath—design-driven bathtub is a real danger getting in and out. Plus the rain element is so gentle that it is difficult to wash your hair once you do finally get in. Wouldn’t stay here again!!

Our stay at NH Collection Taormina was faultless. From the warm welcome at reception to the ideal location, comfortable rooms and beautiful pool, it was a heavenly 3 nights away. We’d return in a heartbeat!

We booked a " Supposedly Presidentail Suite" and got charged in ecxcess of Euros 1,220 per night. What we did not realise is the price was inflated due to the balcony which we did not in fact use. To add salt into the wound, the same Suite was being offered during our stay at Euros 900.00 per night. Regrettably, we will NEVER EVER go to an NH Hotel again.

Pleasant hotel with great views but a very tiny bedroom and a bit shabby. The walls were paper thin which meant we heard every conversation, cough, sneeze, snore and tv from room next door. Also the plug sockets were loose and coming away from the wall. The shower was over the bath but the sides of the bath were so high that as an older couple we had difficulty getting in and out of it and it also leaked over the sides leaving the floor wet and slippery. The bath was non slip at the end where the shower was but dangerously slippy where you got out and I banged and hurt my leg. Breakfast was good and the staff pleasant.

A wonderful hotel with great facilities, very good breakfast buffet, awesome location and an outstanding group of staff. I can't imagine a better place to stay in Taormina

Sehr schönes Hotel in zentraler Lage von Taormina. Wir haben ein kostenloses Zimmer-Upgrade mit Blick über Taormina erhalten. Tolle Aussicht. Der Service war top, das Frühstück sehr gut. Der Parkservice über einen externen Dienstleister hat sehr gut geklappt und kostet 20€/Nacht.

Einziges Manko war die Sauberkeit.

Reasonable Hotel in a great position.Way over priced for what you get.The service provided by Angelo and Sarah was top class.Unfortunately, this was not shared by the rest of the team.The place needs better and stronger management and more quality control.Regrettably, there is NO value for money at this Hotel.
