Extremely helpful and friendly staff, a great location with beautiful sea views, and a comfortable, thoughtfully designed room.

The breakfast could definitely be improved. While the selection was decent, I would expect more from a five-star hotel of this standard. In let’s say the US, this might feel acceptable, but here I was hoping for fresher, healthier options—perhaps freshly squeezed juices, higher-quality eggs, better coffee etc. Overall, it lacked that memorable, high-quality touch and felt more like something to eat and forget rather than enjoy.

Gute Lage für Taormina. Sehr nettes Personal. Ausblick vom Zimmer (6 Etage) sehr schön.

Pool kalt und ohne Aussicht. Gym nur für Cardio ok. Mit offenem Fenster schlafen sehr laut. Kühlung durch Klimaanlage erst ab Mai „erlaubt“. Valet Parkservice eigentlich gut. Der Contractor markiert aber auf dem Protokoll erstmal ab allen Kotflügel Schäden um sich abzusichern. Aufpassen - nicht unterschreiben.!! Website bietet early Bird breakfast an, wenn man früh abreist - um 7.00 (7.30 regulär Frühstückszeit) war es nicht mal möglich einen Kaffee zu bekommen, stattdessen gibt es eine maximal trostlose Breakfast Pappbox. Für 5 Sterne, 600€ die Nacht (Vorsaison Preise!) Armutszeugnis. Insgesamt keine Empfehlung.

"NH hotel Taoromina"

We had a remarkable experience at the NH Hotel Taoromina from check in to check out. The entire staff was exceptional. Most notably, was Sarah T. (Guest Relations Manager) who sat with us at check in to educate us on getting around Taoromina, recommending restaurants for dinner during our stay and making the reservations. Sarah goes above and beyond and made us feel so welcomed at the hotel.

"This was just an absolute gem of a hotel!"

This hotel is absolutely fabulous close enough to everything yet off the main streets. Staff exceptional. Room was beautiful balcony as priceless. Breakfast was wonderful overall must stay.
