It always provides me good rooms. The staff is very well behaved.

They always give me good rooms, but this time the room was very small. The sheets were dirty, and the staff never showed up for room service.

Room was spacious

Value for money. tariff higher for the amenities provided

I, did not get room, front office guy said we don't entertain booking. Com, bokkings.

Thr were minor glitches like handing over d Room entry swap Card (key) without initiating d access online @ d Hotel level ....whch had me go up n down inspite of health issues etc

The Hotel Admin says The 5' wide bed is a King size bed, but how it can be possible. but the Room i booked was for 2 person.
