"Good Location"

The Location is fantastic to get to all the business districts in Kolkata. Yellow taxis are available as soon as you step out. There are also very affordable restaurants and cafeterias close to the hotel.

Rooms are clean. Too many mirrors in the alleyway. Food in the restaurant is expensive.

"Excellent"

Not allowing guests in the room after 19:00 PM is a serious inconvenience. Privte parties in the roof top bar after 23:00 PM disturb the boarders.

"CHROME Hotel - Fantastic Service"

Stay was very comfortable. The negative point is that the hotel does not allow visitors in the room after 19:00. This is a starnge rule I have not encountered in any other hotel in India

"Overall its a very good hotel."

Hotel is very good. Bathing area is small. rooms are modern. avoid room on the 6th floor if you sleep early as the music in the pub above is pretty load till 11.30pm and you get the tremors. internet is slow. .

"Simply the best"

I was amazed by the level of service, the room was top notch, complimentary Juice at arrival was beyond expectation. I will not stay anywhere else in Kolkata. The rate was reasonable. Every room has its own personality. Don't miss this opportunity.
