i thot it would be a five star atleast but it was not even a 3 star category according to me the waiters the services were pathetic

The hotel was in the heart of the city and the staff are very good. The plus point is unlimited internet access. Overall food is good except the dum biriyani. Chef need some training.

The hotel was nice and clean, food was amazing. The only drawback was the distance. Your website states that Hotel Chrome is some 4 kms from the science city, but actually it was 8kms. Please get this rectified.

The hotel rooms are well furnished but very small. The breakfast has only two types of bread - brown or white sliced. The Indian spread however is good. Modern style minimalist decor. Rooftop swimming pool was not as well maintained as one would prefer, but the design and location is good.

The hotel is well put together with nice decor and good food on the pool restaurant. The service feels a bit out of sync being more of a big chain hotel ponderous kind rather than informal and fast, but overall a nice stay.

I stayed on the 5th floor and the 7th floor thumping disco vibrated through the whole of the 5th floor for three nights. If I hadn't prepaid, I would have relocated hotels. The room service was totally Faulty Towers. Nosh the hotel lobby bistro style eatery has horrible mass neon lights and the most ridiculously uncomfortable furniture with horrible food..I was overcharged for a bottle of wine after a farce of trying to get a simple glass of red wine in my room....try to read those illegible bills, or even more importantly, don't stay here

The Hotel is Extremely NOISY.When I mentioned it to the Reception they flippantly Informed me that there is a Program Going on in their Lounge and they can do nothing about it.The Noise is so loud that it is Impossible to sleep and it went on past Midnight.They do not care about the Trouble expereineced by their guests.They are flippant and busy making money first and Customer satisfaction later.Will not stay again at this hotel

Hotel Chrome was a great find. It's got western standards of comfort and the rooms/beds are exceptionally comfortable. The pool is a bit small but nothing serious, and the hotel staff are very friendly and helpful - by far the best service I've had in India (and I've been here a year). Well done!

It was pleasant stay, cleanliness could have been better so it would have been wonderful. but overall satisfactory.
