"Great location, but chaotic"

Location was good

The check-in was a bit chaotic. I went to the location, at check-in time, then was told to go to the pub next door. In the room, the remote control for the tv was missing from the room, and they were unable to find a replacement. The wifi also was not working. I was offered my money back which I accepted, and I checked out. I then found a different, but lovely hotel ‘Drakes’ on the sea front.

The modern room and facilities. Excellent location for the beach and pier and town. Nice breakfast in the pub next-door which is also part of the business.

It was way up in the roof so headroom was a bit marginal for a 6ft person, any taller and you could have had issues.

"Great place to start an adventure"

The location is very central. The room was very clean, more towels than I needed. Tea, coffee and nibbles very welcoming. Staff were lovely.

It's clean and comfortable and conveniently located!!!🙂

There was no plug for the bathroom sink and the room was cold when I arrived.
