"I will avoid staying there next time"

The location.

The place isn’t bad for the price you pay, but the hand soap dispenser isn’t working, the window doesn’t close properly, so cold air and noise came in (it’s March and I used earplugs). The worst part was finding 3 hairs in the bed 🤢. I didn’t contact them via WhatsApp—there’s no reception—since it was 22:00, so I removed the hairs myself. I reported everything via WhatsApp, but after 24 hours, they didn’t respond. I paid less at Ibi near the train station on Wednesday and Thursday night, but no rooms were available then. Use this as a last resort.

"Highly Recommend"

Staff very friendly, excellent location, clean and comfortable rooms and a very nice kitchenette area for guests to use. We were given the penthouse which was really lovely.
