Beach, Lanes, shopping, public transport, everything in short walking distance. Quiet.

Lovely comfortable room. Very well equipped with a good choice of hot drinks. Friendly staff. Very close to the beach.

Not the fault of the host but parking isn't easy. The host can provide a 24 hr parking permit for £10 which is great vallue if you can find a space.

The room (3) was very clean and had all I needed even though my room was somewhat small and basic in furnishings it was fine for a short stay for one person. There were tea/coffee/biscuits and kettle, hairdryer and ironing equipment needed in the upstairs store. Plenty of nice shampoo/conditioner/hand wash and moisturiser, cotton wool. I found the bed very comfortable. The shower was a good pressure and nice and hot. The sink quite small but It wasn’t a problem for my needs. The staff were very helpful, friendly and welcoming and the pub next door was a great place to relax with an old traditional pub feel. Very good value in a place where accommodation can be expensive.

The only issue was the external noise at night, however it was weekend and there are lots of bars and restaurants around and I like to sleep with a window open so this did affect my sleep on the first night, though I slept better the second.

Bed is a bit noisy even in slight movement
