Queens Head Inn

I knew it was an old property when booking. The photo shows the state of the bathroom sink. Cleanliness obviously not a high priority. For business travellers, the late breakfast will probably mean you will have to leave it. I won't be going back

We stayed for one night and found the hotel and staff brilliant! Nothing was too much trouble for the staff. Breakfast was excellent and or room clean and comfortable. Definately stay again

We really enjoyed our stay. Staff members are very friendly and look after us well. Good food and great beer ! Would love to visit again.

Service is great and the restaurant has nice food at an affordable price. We stayed in a twin room for 2 nights and found the stay pleasant. Only negatives is the room felt a bit dated and the TV was about the same size as my phone, but the ensuite had a proper bath which made up for the small TV

We had wonderful welcome and hospitality and cuisine cooked on the premises at this traditional inn.

Small but full of character, a nice, homely, popular country pub with decent rooms. Food much better here than many similar places, excellent home made pies! Good veggie breakfast.

Very friendly staff that accommodated our request for late check-in and also ensured we got a delicious dinner meal a little later than usual. Overall, a pleasant experience.

Only stayed one night but very nice place! Lovely old building but room felt modern and was very clean. Didn't have the breakfast but staff were very kind and was even offered a packed lunch to take with me!
