The guesthouse is very nice and the rooms large and comfortable. It’s in a quiet neighborhood but close to where we needed to go. The unique aspect is that the breakfast is provided at their coffee shop just down the road. Water, tea, coffee as well as microwave and fridge are available on site. You can use the shared dining room and living soon. Hostess very friendly and accommodating to our late arrival.

Nice older house in the middle of the Village. The exterior could use a bit of maintenance, but was still fine. This was not a 5-star hotel, just a comfortable B&B. Breakfast was at a nice little coffee shop, also owned by the B&B owners.

"Quaint but tired historic B&B"

6.0

We chose the guest house because it’s close to our daughter & grandsons. We were the only people in the house (which wasn’t terrible), but it felt like staying in my grandmother’s house when she had been moved out for a few months (stale , dusty & tired). The bathroom had a big, old jacuzzi tub with brass fixtures that were corroded and the skylight above had been leaking, so the ceiling and wall were molded and peeling. The bed was comfy, but I went to Target to buy a pillow because the ones on the bed were very flat and smelled bad. Rachel, the owner, was sweet as can be and we loved their little coffee shop where we’re got our breakfast part of the B&B. The guesthouse could be super cute with some updating (not trying to take away the character of the old house, but nicer bathroom floors, fixtures, etc). For the money, we will probably opt for a generic hotel in Henrietta next trip. I’m not trying to be brutal, just honest.

The owner was very accommodating. The house is very charming and cozy. The owners own small cafe where they serve breakfast. Best latte and egg sandwich I have had recently. Highly recommended.

Nice spot in a little town. It is an old house so there are the quirks of an old building. If you have a mold/mildew sensitivity this isn’t the place for you. Well appointed home with a self serve kitchenette and frig.

"Not a real B&B. A little tired and disappointing."

6.0

Owner lives off-site. WiFi did not work in our room upstairs. On a busy street with many trucks going by. Nice enough room. Nice common Dining and Living rooms. Included breakfast a local coffee shop with nice selection and good food. Property seems a little tired.
