Beautiful Valley Guesthouse

Lovely room, very clean, nice house, beautiful village. The coffee shop for breakfast was very nice. Good diner- although it didn't look like the usual diner- a short walk away. The neighborhood was quiet , beautiful and very safe. Nice to walk or jog. Points of interest nearby. Highly recommend this B&B.

It was as you would antisipate in small-town B&B. The owners were very nice and very helpful. Not much available or much to do in the community. For anyone looking for a jump off point to Rochester it was certainly suitable.

The facilities are pleasant and the check-in was fine. The decor is simple but in line with the house. I couldn't recommend it though because there was a strong musty smell that indicates mold or at least something that got wet and didn't dry properly. It needs to be addressed even for health reasons. It was not just old house smell but something gone awry.

PROS: Great location, very quiet, walking distance to restaurants, nicely furnished, gracious hosts, good parking CONS: Needs flat screen TV mounted to wall to free up desk space, additional nightstand by bed, more room to put stuff in bathroom OVERALL: Highly recommended

Close to RIT (university), park right out front under the pines, inside the first floor has a welcome feeling with coffee and tea ready when you are. In the other room on the first floor you can sit and read, play the baby grand piano or do your home work on the high speed WiFi connection like I did. Up one flight of stairs is the bedrooms and ours was all set for us, the bath room is large with a tub and shower. Quite, quite and more quite is all about this place. A short walk in the AM for breakfast in this small downtown area, the place is an eclectic coffee shop with plenty of seats and locals coming and going. Stay here no fighting the crowds, parking or waiting on an elevator or for breakfast. What does it need... you to stay there.

If you are looking for peace and quiet, this is the place!

Everyone was really nice and it was a great visit. This was a stop on the way to another destination but felt like a mini-vacatio itself.

We loved the bed and breakfast. You had to take a short walk down Main Street for breakfast, but was a very relaxing stroll. We enjoyed the small town immensely.
